This case presents for our determination the question of whether there was sufficient evidence to sustain the finding of the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division (hereinafter referred to as the Board) that appellant was not entitled to benefits of the Indiana Employment Security Act, Burns Ann.St. Â§ 52-1525 et seq., for the period from January 16, 1950 to April 14, 1950 because he was not available for work, as defined in said Act.
